Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Choose between a pre-paid shipping label to download and print at home or a QR code for easy drop-off at a participating carrier location.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Place your unworn footwear back in its original Journee Collection box and secure it inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
